Pricing

All prices on this website are listed in U.S. Dollars. Where products are offered for sale, prices do not include shipping or handling, which shall be charged on all orders as applicable and will be indicated at the time of your order. Sales tax is estimated at the time the product is purchased.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical or other error in pricing, we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the products listed at the incorrect price whether the order has been confirmed or accepted and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will issue a credit in the amount of the incorrect price.

Shipment and Delivery

Unless otherwise indicated at the time of ordering or by subsequent notification from us, shipments will be made via a carrier that we select, or if we give you a choice of shipping method, the carrier that you select. If you choose an express delivery service, an additional charge will be imposed at the time of your order. If your order is accepted and the items selected are in stock, your order will normally ship within the time indicated on our website. All ship and delivery dates specified on our website are estimates only and are subject to change. We do not guarantee delivery dates, and we are not responsible for delays by the carrier. Risk of loss and title to ordered items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Inspect your shipment upon arrival. Report any shipping-related damage immediately to the carrier. By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you are agreeing to our Shipping Policy below.

Free Standard Economy Shipping:

Free Standard Economy Shipping is eligible for all orders (*certain exclusions apply) that are placed on our website only and have an order total equal or exceeding $99.00 . Free Standard Economy Shipping only applies to website orders shipped to destinations within the contiguous CONTINENTAL USA and our shipped from our New Jersey warehouses. All orders which qualify for free shipping, are sent by our choice of carrier and method. Free shipping doesn’t apply to phone, fax, or email orders, or any orders requiring expedited or alternative shipping arrangements. Not applicable for use with any discount or promo codes or volume negotiated pricing. Please note: Using a discount coupon could make the order total fall below $99.00, which will negate the free shipping.  

Free Shipping orders are processed and delivered within 3 to 9 days from the receipt of order. Most products are shipped from our warehouses in New Jersey.  Free shipping orders may ship Parcel or LTL depending on size and/or destination of the shipment (Click Here for Details). Orders placed after 2:00pm EST Monday through Friday will be processed the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday unless Monday is a holiday. Orders placed on a holiday will be processed the next business day.

All Orders: Orders for standard / in-stock items will ship within 24 to 48 hours after being processed. Orders received before 3pm EST will be processed same day, orders received after 3PM (EST) will have a "next business day" processing start time. Clip Strip Corp. may fulfill an order by shipping from multiple warehouse locations, depending on the products ordered. If an order needs to ship "same day", please call us and we will do our very best to accommodate.

follow all phone orders. In order to avoid duplicate orders, please mark your confirmation "Do Not Duplicate". Our friendly staff is available to take your order or answer any questions you may have Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM until

Phone/ALL Offline Orders "Smaller Order" Fee: Due to the high cost of producing smaller orders via phone or other offline methods, our policy for all phone or offline orders under $100.00 has a Phone order charge of $10.00 for domestic orders and $25.00 for international orders. Phone "Smaller Orders” are accepted only on a pre-paid basis, by credit card, cashier’s check or money order. Returns of orders under $100.00 cannot be accepted.

Out of Stock & Back-Orders: Despite our best efforts, Clip Strip may not always have sufficient stock on an item to fill your order. If that is the case, we will contact you (via email, phone or both) and inform you of how many units are available for immediate shipment, and approximately how long it would take to ship the remainder. You must then let us know whether you would prefer to accept an initial, partial shipment, with the backorder to follow as soon as the goods are available or wait until we can ship the order complete. We will not process the order until we receive a response. Please keep in mind that depending on circumstances, higher shipping costs may be incurred on split order shipments. Clip Strip Corp. reserves the right to substitute an item ordered with a comparable item which is similar to the item ordered in terms in functionality, size and aesthetics.

Cancellation: If there is a problem with your order, please contact our Customer Support Department immediately. Notice of order cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation of non-custom orders shall be subject to a Cancellation Charge equal to 25% of the Order Value, or the value of material and work performed on the cancelled product at the time of cancellation, whichever is greater, plus other reasonable expenses and overhead associated with the commitments or preparations to produce such order. Custom orders are non-cancellable.

Prices: All prices are subject to change without notice. Please note - orders are accepted with the understanding that they will be billed at the price in effect on the day of shipment.

Over Run/Under Run: Clip Strip Corp. has the right to fulfill the order for non-stocking products with a final quantity of 10% above or below the ordered quantities.

Delivery - Force Majeure: Clip Strip Corp. shall make a good faith effort to complete delivery of the products as indicated by Customer in writing. However, Clip Strip Corp. shall be relieved of its obligations and liabilities in respect of any present or future failure or delay of delivery as long as such fulfillment is prevented by causes beyond its control including but not limited to acts of God, fire, flood, wind, war, strikes, labor difficulties, accidents, inability to obtain materials, delays of carriers, contractors or suppliers, government regulations or laws, or failure of third parties products where applicable.

Clearance Center Items: Sale of all items in this category are final. Returns will not be accepted. All the products have been reviewed, found to be of good quality and suitable for their intended purpose. If you wish, you may request a free sample prior to placing your order.

Payment Terms: Our terms are Net 30 days upon credit approval. Invoices past 30 days are subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month (annual percentage rate 18%). We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Wire Transfer. All international orders must be prepaid via credit card or wire transfer. Returned checks are subject to a $50.00 returned check fee. Credit card orders are subject to two charges, one for merchandise at time of order and another for shipping charges at time of shipment. A 40% deposit is required for all custom jobs. A $40,00 fee will be charged for receiving payment via wire transfer.

Prepayment: Customers not wishing to use a credit card or set up N30 terms, may prepay orders.Please speak with your sales representative when placing your order. We accept company checks and certified / bank checks. Order processing will not begin until we receive payment. Non-certified checks (company or personal) may take an additional five business days after receipt before order processing will begin.

Storage Fees: Clip Strip Corp. accepts orders with the understanding that all products ordered will ship on or before the delivery date(s) set forth in the Quote, Purchase Order, or Order Form and agreed to by Customer and Clip Strip Corp. (the “Original Delivery Date”). Any delay in shipment date requested by Customer exceeding thirty (30)days beyond the Original Delivery Date will be subject to the following fees (collectively, the “Storage Fees”): If products are held by Clip Strip Corp. a storage fee of $20.00 per pallet will be charged for the first month. Thereafter, a storage fee of $12.00 per month shall be charged. For delays exceeding ninety (90) days beyond the Original Delivery Date, Clip Strip Corp. may, upon ten (10) days’ notice to Customer, require the removal of all products stored beyond the Original Delivery Date. Such products must be removed within thirty (30) days of Clip Strip Corp.'s notice to Customer. Clip Strip Corp. will continue to charge Storage Fees for all months between notice to Customer and removal of products.

Freight Terms: All orders are shipped F.O.B. our Factory. Freight charges are pre-paid and added to the invoice accordingly. Handling charges are included in the shipping cost.

Drop Shipments: A drop shipment charge of $9.50 per location will be added to all orders shipping to more than 
2 locations.

Handling: We charge a $2.00 per box handling fee on all domestic orders and $3.00 per box for international shipments. For truck shipments, we charge a $25.00 per skid handling fee. The customer will be responsible for any and all costs arising from incorrect and/or incomplete shipping account or destination information. These costs include, but are not limited to charges for erroneous deliveries, invalid customer provided shipping account numbers, storage fees and any other extra or additional costs or expenses.

Claims: Once the merchandise is tendered to the carrier it becomes the property of the recipient and the recipient assumes all risk for lost or damaged product. Please check shipments carefully and sign for the proper amount of cartons or pallets. Any damaged cartons must be recorded on the bill of lading and a claim made directly to the carrier. Customer must inspect all shipments within 10 days of receipt. Failure to notify us of defects or shortages within 10 days of receipt shall constitute acceptance of shipment.

Return Policy: Returns are accepted on stock items only within 30 days of shipment. All returns must be pre-approved by CSC and require a return authorization number. Returns must be shipped freight prepaid in the original, unopened cartons clearly marked with the return authorization number provided. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and no credit will be issued. All returned merchandise is subject to a 25% restocking fee which will be deducted from any credit issued. Customer is responsible for all freight charges incurred from original shipment. Returns will not be accepted on custom orders, any discounted orders, clearance items, special projects, non-stock items, special packed and kitting orders.

Back-Order Policy: Due to the nature of the supply and demand of our inventory, and by additionally offering custom cut-to-size material and made to order assemblies, our website does not always specify if an item is on backorder, is in some sort of production delay, or has recently ran out of stock. Although we make every attempt to notify our customers of backorders as soon as possible, sometimes it can take a couple days to find out that an item is out of stock or not available in the requested size. If we are out of an item at the time of order, we may either backorder items that are out of stock and ship any remaining items immediately, or if we expect availability of the backordered item within approximately two (2) weeks, then we typically try to ship your entire order together upon receipt of the backordered item. No additional shipping will be charged for shipping backordered items separately. Please let us know if you have specific backorder accommodations or if you need to cancel the backordered items to receive a refund at any time prior to the order being shipped.

New Accounts: To establish credit, please fill out & sign our credit application in order to provide us with the following information: 1 bank reference and 3 current trade references. We require contact name, phone and email addresses of all references supplied, as well as the name, address, account number and contact for your bank. References are promptly processed. Please allow on average from minimum 1 to possibly 4 weeks or more for processing, it all depends upon the response time of your references. Customers applying for credit acknowledge and agree to all published terms and conditions of CSC and agree to proper payment in consideration of extended credit. Credit can only be established when an order is valued at $500.00 minimum before shipping, handling and sales tax.

Custom Orders: Custom orders are subject to minimum quantity requirements. A 40% deposit is required with a written purchase order for all custom orders (even if you have open terms). All custom orders are not returnable or refundable.

Samples: Most samples are shipped free of charge, in "smaller" quantities and dollar amounts, and are usually shipped within 24-72 business hours, Monday through Friday. Sample Requests received after 2PM (Eastern Standard Time) will have a "next business day" processing start time. If you need the samples faster please call us and we will do our very best to accommodate. Sample orders are shipped via standard US Postal Service, in the USA and Canada. Requests for express or expedited shipping of sample orders, or international sample orders must be pre-requested and prepaid by the customer or shipped collect on their shipper's account. Standard USPS delivery times are not guaranteed and can vary from as little as 1 day to 7 days plus, based on multiple factors. Clip Strip Corp. reserves the right to limit quantities or dollar values of free products. Please keep in mind, "Free" samples are not available for every product in our offering.

Bagging and Fulfillment Charges: Please call for pricing.

Liability: Purchaser must determine if Clip Strip Corp. products are suitable for the use the purchaser intends. Clip Strip Corp. does not accept responsibility for improper use or application of its products. No warranty is made or implied by 
Clip Strip Corp. Purchaser or user assumes all risk and liability in connection with the use of Clip Strip Corp. products and any loss or damage resulting out of their use. Any technical advice furnished or recommended by Vendor or any representative of Vendor concerning any use or application of any product is believed to be reliable but the company makes no warranty of results obtained. The customer shall test for and verify suitability for intended use.

Email Policy: By providing an email address, requesting free samples, or ordering products from Clip Strip Corp. you are granting permission for Clip Strip Corp. to add your email address to our in-house newsletter list, which may result in periodic notices of special offerings, discounts and other company information. Clip Strip Corp. does not share our customer data/information, including email addresses, with any third party organizations.

Notice and Procedure for making Claims of Copyright Infringement. Pursuant to Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(2), notifications of claimed copyright infringement should be sent to our Designated Agent. See our Procedure for Copyright Infringement Claims.

Clip Strip Corp. (aka “CSC”) partners with authorized resellers (“Resellers”) to market, promote, and sell consumer products via online websites and other channels, under the brand names and trade dresses owned or licensed by Clip Strip Corp., including, but not limited to, Clip Strip® Brand and other trademarks, etc.,  (“Products”). To be considered an authorized Reseller, a business must comply with the requirements set forth below. CSC may revoke such authorization at any time for any reason, including, but not limited to, a Reseller’s failure to meet or continue to maintain its business in compliance with this Policy. CSC reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

CSC relies upon its Resellers to preserve supply chain integrity that is critical to maintaining the value of Clip Strip Corp. in the marketplace. Resellers may purchase Clip Strip Corp. only from CSC or an authorized distributor of CSC. Products not purchased from CSC, or its authorized distributors could be damaged or stored in conditions that might compromise Product integrity or be out of compliance with CSC’s rigorous quality and safety standards. To ensure the safety and well-being of the end users of the Products, a Reseller shall cooperate with CSC should any Product need to be recalled or safety information disseminated to consumers. Products purchased outside the authorized supply chain will void any warranty that CSC might offer.

When resellers resell any products from CSC’s “Clip Strip® Brand Display Strip” line, they must use the ® in title as per “Clip Strips®” or “Clip Strip®”. CSC actively participates in the Amazon.com Brand Registry Program, and similar programs, to prevent the advertising, marketing and sale of unauthorized, infringing and/or counterfeit merchandise or persons companies using our trademarks (including but not limited Clip Strip® term) in any unauthorized manner. Unauthorized sale ads or auction of Clip Strip Corp. on Amazon or other sites will be removed or taken down as they are discovered.

CSC has guidelines for displaying its brands, trademarks, copies of Product labels or photos of Products. Relabeling, repackaging (including the separation of bundled Products or the bundling of Products), and other alterations to the Products or packaging are not permitted without CSC’s prior written consent.

Authorized Resellers have a revocable non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use CSC’s brand names, logos, trademarks, trade dress, copyrights, and other intellectual property associated with the Products (“CSC IP”) solely for the purpose of marketing and selling the Products. However, reselling Clip Strip Corp. on a website(s) that attempts to use CSC’ trademarks in whole or in part as a website domain is prohibited.

On-line Resellers must publish and maintain a publicly accessible privacy policy and comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and policies related to advertising, sale, and marketing of Clip Strip Corp. on Reseller’s website. No Reseller shall make any claims that are misleading or inaccurate. Resellers must provide a high level of sales support. In resolving customer issues in a timely and courteous manner, Resellers must promptly provide CSC with such information as CSC may request concerning its Products.

CSC does not guarantee that it will accept or will continue to accept any purchase order regardless of whether a customer is an authorized Reseller. CSC may cancel or refuse to fulfill any purchase order, at any time, and for any reason. By purchasing Clip Strip Corp., purchaser acknowledges and agrees that they are not an agent or employee of CSC and will not hold themselves out as one, nor act for or bind CSC in any way.

Report violations of this Policy to info@clipstrip.com. Non-compliance with this Resale Policy may subject a Reseller to further legal action.
