Return Policy

Return Policy: Returns are accepted on stock items only within 30 days of shipment. All returns must be pre-approved by CSC and require a return authorization number. Returns must be shipped freight prepaid in the original cartons clearly marked with the return authorization number provided, they must be unused, undamaged and in saleable condition. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and no credit will be issued. All returned merchandise is subject to a 25% restocking fee which will be deducted from any credit issued. Customer is responsible for all freight charges incurred from original shipment. Returns will not be accepted on custom orders, any discounted orders, special projects, non-stock items, special packed and kitting orders.
